TiDi Developments specialise in breathing new life into redundant buildings.
Our commercial background in a diverse range of property types and uses means that we relish the challenge of converting redundant offices, pubs, hotels, mixed use and ecclesiastical buildings into residential use in both urban and rural settings.
Our ability to work pro-actively and collaboratively with the Local Authority Conservation Officers, CADW and Historic England means we will take on projects others might avoid.
Remodeling
Drawing on our wealth of experience, an eye for detail and in depth knowledge of outdated, quirky or listed buildings we have the ability to quickly identify alterations which can release potential that others may overlook.
This will be reflected in our offer price.​

TIDI Developments are seeking sites with, or without planning permission.

We have the knowledge and expertise to unlock sites especially those which may have complex legal and planning restrictions.

Development Manager
If you've got a building but don't know where to start or don't have the time, we can act as your development manager.
This can be either by way of management fee or Joint Venture.
