About Us

After 30 years Andy Williams retired as a partner of Powell Williams Chartered Building Surveyors and Project Consultants, a practice he co-founded in 1990.

Andy advised national developers and pension fund investors in the care, repair and conversion of historic buildings picking up awards for his work, ranging from Elizabethan manor houses to derelict cotton mills.

He’s now putting his wealth of experience into residential development in North Wales and Cheshire.
